Yoga & Mindfulness in Frognerparken

Welcome to a space where movement meets presence.

These sessions are more than just a class, they’re a gentle invitation to reconnect with yourself and your body. We begin with 30 minutes of guided Vinyasa flow, designed to awaken and energize through mindful movement and breath. You don’t need to be flexible or experienced, just open to tuning in.
Then we shift into 30 minutes of mindfulness practice, using simple techniques to help you ground, reflect, and soften into the moment. Whether through breath, stillness, or guided inquiry, this time is about coming back to yourself.

This is not a session where you simply follow along — it’s an interactive, shared space where you’re encouraged to listen inward, explore what feels right for you, and connect with your experience in an authentic way.

Come as you are, move how you feel, and leave feeling more present, more embodied, and more connected.
